Construction Services
Engineering
The FI•CON construction team can help you with the design and planning of your project, development of multiple scenarios including custom construction and fabrication solutions and provide detailed cost estimates to facilitate customers decision making process.
Construction Management
This is a hands off alternative, the owner or developer hires us to manage the project from pre-planning through completed construction with the option to hold trade contracts and manage the entire construction project from start to finish.
Maintenance and Repairs
We provide plant outage services for manufacturing plants in the chemical processing, mining, power generation, cements, pulp and paper, food and beverage, and general manufacturing/distribution.
We also provide permanent on-site maintenance services for planned and unplanned maintenance requirements as well as capital projects. We provide contract maintenance service for mechanical and structural equipment, such as piping, tanks, conveyor systems, air-handling systems, dust collection systems, platforms, stairways, and other systems.
The contract service maintenance includes time and material based craft labor where necessary. By utilizing our experience and expertise, your operational assets are positioned for optimal efficiency today and for years to come.
Moving and Erecting Specialty Machinery
We are a full service rigging and project planning for relocating specialty machines or an entire plant. After working with manufacturers for more than two decades, the experience we have allows us to move and erect specialty equipment to exacting specifications.
Fabrication Services
Whether it’s at your site or in our 25,000 square foot fabrication shop, we can produce projects to meet the most demanding specifications. Our shop is geographically located to service a large industrial customer base in the southeast. We can service this customer base well due to our proximity to major north/south and east/west arteries. We take our products by truck as far north as Kentucky, all the way south to Miami and from Louisiana on our west frontier to NC/JAX.
