Taylor Industrial Construction started operations more than 20 years ago in North Florida to service regional growing industrial services demand. During its history, the company provided quality and cost-effective construction and fabrication solutions to the region and has a long history of being an important business that supports the local economy, both in creating meaningful employment opportunities and providing services to improve the communities we serve. The company has enjoyed a consistent growth path since its inception regardless of various US economic cycles.
During the 3rd quarter of 2018, Florida Industrial & Construction Services purchased all assets of Taylor Industrial Construction and employed all of its personnel. The company continued doing business as Taylor Industrial Construction until the first half of 2019 when the company was rebranded and started doing business as FI•CON.

This is the tradition FI•CON carries on today. FI•CON is a construction company that also offers the unique capabilities of custom fabrication. Our skilled team can fabricate to the exact designs of any metal structure.
The owner, Miguel Senior, will build on the success of the family relationship-oriented business of the past. The entire FI•CON team focuses on being a significant regional provider that offers more services to more customers. Because of this company-wide vision of investment and improvement, FI•CON will present new capabilities and services to an expanded portfolio of customers throughout the Southeast. We continue to invest in infrastructure and people to become the industry leader in pricing, productivity, quality, and safety. Our goal is to be the construction and fabrication solutions partner of choice for customers in the markets we serve.
At FI•CON, we build from more than 200 years of combined fabrication and construction experience. Our engineers, designers, millwrights, safety managers, and project managers offer a broad knowledge base from various backgrounds and regions. Because of this expertise we are able to increase our problem-solving capabilities on the most challenging projects.
